ADMIN: Directory Timeline – From Trial to Launch

You control the pace and progression of launching your directory.  We provide information for your next steps, and are always here to offer help when you need it.

  1. We recommend importing your member data. You can also add members manually, or ask members to create an account.
  2. When your directory is populated, review the directory for accuracy, add staff, and groups.
  3. When you’re ready to share the directory with your members, add the directory link to your website.
  4. At your request, we will email each member a username and link to create their unique password.  You customize the introduction email.

Your directory service will continue uninterrupted at the end of your 30-day trial period. You will receive your first invoice on the 10th of the following month.  It will explain your payment options, including special savings for annual payment. We hope that you will continue with your directory, but if you wish to extend your trial or cancel your service, please contact us.
