We can help you introduce your directory! Please follow these steps:
- Add the directory link to your website (for members who don’t download the app)
- Provide the information requested in ALL CAPS, below
- Request a weekday to send your email
The email is sent at the same time usernames are generated. It will be sent to all members who have an email address in the directory and don’t already have a username. If you do not want someone to receive the email, such as members who are marked Not Visible, enter a username in their username field and click update.
Each member will create their own unique password.
Usernames will be firstnamelastname. Other options are firstname.lastname, firstinitiallastname, or firstinitial.lastname.
We will provide you with a list of usernames we create.

Update your profile:
- Open your Member profile
- Upload a photo and update your contact information. Click update to save your changes. To watch a video, click here
You can access the directory from the Online Member Directory mobile app or from our website [PROVIDE WEBSITE AND INSTRUCTIONS WHERE TO FIND LINK]
Download the Mobile App on your Smartphone and Tablet:
- Search Online Member Directory at your app store or click a link for Apple or Android
- On the welcome screen, select Add New Directory and enter our mobile code [CTRN inserts mobile code]
- Touch our organization name to see the login screen
- Log in and select “remember me”
