General Troubleshooting

Reset Your Password:

If you forgot your password, you can reset it. For security purposes your username and email must match what is used in the directory. If you entered the correct info you will get a message that a link to reset your password has been emailed to the email provided.

App Login Trouble
If you’re experiencing problems logging in to the mobile app, make sure your device isn’t auto-correcting your mobile code or username and password

Select Login Trouble or Login Issue Fix

For our Online Member Directory app, open the menu in the upper right corner on the login screen, then choose Login Trouble

For our CTRN Online Directory legacy app, on the login page open the privacy policy and click Login Issue Fix.
What’s my mobile code?
Your organization’s mobile code is required when you download the app.

Your directory administrator will provide your code. Contact them if you need help.

You can also find the code in your directory’s URL (i.e., the code for https://breadforlife.ctrn.co is breadforlife).

There are no spaces in your mobile code, and it is not case sensitive.

Information is cut off
If information exceeds the display area “. . .” will appear.

Turning your device from vertical/portrait to horizontal/landscape allows more room to display information.

Another option is to view your directory on your computer’s browser.
No option to text
In order to text a mobile number, the number must be listed in the cell / mobile phone field in the member profile.
What to do if you’ve been scammed
Unfortunately, organizations are a frequent target of scammers because of their generosity and willingness to help others in need.  Scammers can easily obtain member information from your website and impersonate leaders to request money or gift cards.

What can you do about scams?
Educate your members. Explain how you will contact them when your organization has a need.   Tell them not to click on any links or reply to texts or emails if they are the least bit suspicious. Ask them to contact your organization by calling or sending a separate email.

Wondering if you’ve been hacked?
Rest assured, your directory is safe and secure.  It is encrypted using SSL, and communication between your device and our servers is encrypted and private.  All transmission is encrypted, including when you enter your username and password.  Passwords are always encrypted and are stored that way on our servers.

It is important to remember that your directory only includes contact information, and each member controls what they share.  Your directory does not include confidential information, such as bank account or credit card numbers.
I’m not receiving notifications
If you would like your device to alert you when new notifications are received, update your device’s notification settings.

Mobile notifications will always appear in the Online Member Directory mobile app, regardless of your device settings. A red dot on the Notifications icon indicates you have unread messages.
