When your directory is populated and you’re ready to give access to your members, we can generate usernames and email members a link to create their unique password. Later, when you add new people to the directory, you will create a username/password for the new member and share it with them.

Your emails are sent at the same time usernames are generated. Usernames are generated for all members who don’t already have one. (Who currently has a username? Export User Information to find out.)
Your introduction email will be sent to all members who receive a new username/password and have an email address in the directory.
If you do not want someone to receive the email, such as members who are marked Not Visible, enter a username in their username field and click save.
Members who do not have an email address will not receive an email.
Admin can create a new password and share it with the member.
