Administrators can export member data from the directory to create custom lists, such as a member birthday list.
- Open the directory in your web browser
- Select the Admin tab, then Edit Organization Information.
- Select Export User Information. There will be a slight delay while the file is created.
- Open and save the csv file.
- Sort the data in any way you wish.
NOTE: Data is exported from Member profiles and includes Additional Information fields. The export includes the family name, but does not include data from family profiles (family address, phone or additional information).
