Information About You
We collect and store information for organizations to utilize in their private online member directories. We do not sell or provide any information to outside parties nor does CTRN make any information available outside of the member’s organization.
Information about you is collected by administrators of your organization and provided to our directory software. Information collected includes but is not limited to:
- Family & Individual name, mailing address, physical address and telephone numbers.
- Email Addresses, birthdates, social media account names including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & Google+.
- Family and Individual Photos.
You control your information, either by editing your profile or contacting your organization’s administrator.
Cookies and Local Storage
CTRN does use cookies and local storage to make the member directory easier and faster to use. We do not use cookies and/or local storage to track your behavior or to deliver or improve advertising.
Security Measures
CTRN uses generally acceptable security practices in securing your information including the use of encryption and SSL.

We do our best to keep your information secure and to keep the CTRN Online Directory up, bug-free, and safe, but can’t make guarantees about any part of our service.
