Print options
You can print your directory at any time. Our program creates a PDF of the profiles in your directory. These pages can be printed on a home or office printer, or sent to a professional printer to create a directory booklet.
Adding pages
You may create a directory cover and additional pages in any program you’re familiar with. For example, you can create the Pastor’s Page in Microsoft Word by typing the body of the letter and inserting the Pastor’s picture. When your document is complete, select “Save As” and choose PDF as your desired format (most printers prefer to receive files in PDF format). You can then send your printer your directory’s PDF file along with the additional pages you created.
Design Services
If you need help designing a directory cover or creating additional pages, our artists can help. A rate of $40 per hour is charged for our design services. This includes any changes you request to your directory’s PDF file.
Pricing
We are not in the printing business, but we work with a trusted local printer and can provide you with a quote for comparison. To obtain a quote, please provide us with the total number of pages and the quantity of booklets to be printed.
