Your subscription cost is based on the number of visible member profiles in your directory. How many visible members are in your directory? On the web version, select the Admin tab, then Edit Organization Information.
What is a member? A member is an individual – one person. A member profile is the member’s account and includes their username and password, and information that’s unique to each person, such as cell phone, email address and birthday.
What does visible mean? Profiles can be marked as Not Visible. Profiles that are not visible are only visible to administrators and don’t count toward the cost of your directory.
Each person whose member profile is visible in your directory counts toward the cost of your subscription.
Then what’s a family profile? The family profile lists information a family typically shares. It shows the names of all family members along with a family picture, address and primary phone number. Member profiles are linked to the family profile.
What about children? You choose whether to include member profiles for children. Showing their name in the family profile may be all you require. They will need their own member profile if their contact information is different from their family profile, or if they will be included in groups.
