To reset your password, select Lost Password? or Forgot Password?
When prompted, enter your profile’s username and email address.
If entered correctly, you will receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
If you don’t receive an email, contact your directory administrator for help.
Usernames are not case sensitive
Passwords are case sensitive
Your family members may be able to reset your password, too. If they can edit your member profile, they can enter a new password in the password field and share it with you.
